Tata Docomo — reality about service | |||
This is the reality about Tata Docomo who contantly advertise about non-activation o[censored]nwanted services in every possible entertainment and news media as well as on their web-site. They activated a 99 CALL service without my consent (i recently came to know what it is) - which is actually a news service as pointed out by the CSE in my last interaction. Every month Rs 30 is deducted from my account. Every month i have to call customer care who sometimes refund the amount and sometimes don't. However no-one deactivates the service. Sometimes they will tell you it is already de-activated - just to have the same issue next month. This has been going on for the last 6 months. No-one from customer care has bothered to take down a complaint till today. There is no concept of lodging complaints by e-mail. Escalations to the nodal officer have no effect (In fact nodal officer is also a call center now as bad as customer service). I have been a long time customer care of Tata Docomo. Things were not as bad when i took the connection - however it is unfortunate where the company has reached today. The trust factor cannot be there. I have decided to leave the service for good. Today morning for the first time customer care took down a real complaint as they realized they were about to loose a customer (complaint no GBL[protected]).
