If you having the messaged from the unknown number as you have told that they are coming from the subscription list ...you just do this...Activate DND (Do Not Disturb ) and after 30 days Reactivate it if you want the service from Service provider, , , , Your truoble will be solved in just 30 days after your DND activation...

And have a track to whom you are giving the number. this is not he proble from the tata docomo... you need to change you cell nuber first.
