Tata Docomo — Migration of postpaid to prepaid

I had purchased a postpaid docomo connection [protected] 4 months back and now want to migrate it to prepaid. I had alreaady raised a ticket for this with customer care and as per him this number falls i the cotagory where it can easily be migrated. Now it is a long time to get any response on this. Can somebody listen to this ang get the things done.
