Tata Docomo — Misbehaviour of Employees

Hello Sir / Madam

I was having couple of mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO Services.

While getting connected to your network, your marketing executives promised me lots of thing and also gave me assurity that your service network will be best as compared to others.

Also while filling my form for your Postpaid SIM cards… I attached my all documents and also I mentioned in form that, The Mobile Bill should be sent to my email ID. Also it was confirmed with your agencies.

Later due to network problem I requested to your people to discontinue my mobile network services… All this incedent took place in Feburary 2012.

Later I got call on 25th April, 2012 regarding to bill payment of my Tata Docomo numbers. The person was calling on behalf of Saikrupa Agencies, Nashik Road his name was said Mr. Shrikant.

I remined him that, I have already made a request to disconnet my mobile connections. In answer he told me that, he can deduct the rent and all other things after my disconnection request. Also he promised me that he will be coming to my office on next day (26th April). He failed to come to me.

And again he call me on 27th April, 2012 for the same. I asked him why he did not come in commited time to collect mobile bill. And I was answered in very abusive and insulting way by Mr. Shrikant and also he threatned me by tell that, the agency is running by some politician’s husband and he is having all rights to absue me.

Same day I went to their office and gave a complaint and also I took a aknowledgement… but acknowledgement was not stammped. And I was told to come again. I went their for almost a week and followed my complaint. But it was of no use to me.

Later I left this issue. But mean time many times I got a call from your office of bill payment and when ever I remind about my insult and your abusive behaviour to me… your people behave more rudely to me and your people never forget to remind me that I have to meet them in police station and court.


Even today 28th July, 2012, some lady gave me a call regarding to bill payment from[protected], I remind this lady about what your people challenged me to meet them in court. On my reply, your lady tele caller was also rude to me and quite abusive.

After getting lot disturbed by such inceidences I tried to launch a complaint on TATA DOCOMO website, but the complaint section is not working on website… So it’s a good idea from DOCOMO not to receive consumer complaints from mobile users and claim that they are best in serviceses.

I request TATA DOCOMO to look into this complaint and let their people know how to behave with their clients or I should have to approach Police for threatneing me.

TATA — Misbehaviour

An employee by the name of Satender working as driver with TATA motors (Showroom near Seemapuri border) misbehaved with me and my friend Kshitij Gupta. I met with an accident while going to office. A truck hit my car. I was conversing with the truck driver beside GT road. I don't know why Satender started arguing with me and threatened me to go away or it will not be god for me and then pushed me. I went to the general manger of that showroom and complained about the misbehaviour done by his employee. General manager called that driver and asked him to say sorry and that's it. General manager started explaining the reason why he misbehaved with me. He said being a driver he must have felt something for the truck driver and this reason was enough for the manager to let his employee go away with it.

I don't expect this kind of behaviour from a person working with TATA and the worst part is he can do the same because his manager supports him to do it.

It seems to be a learning for me that I should never buy any product of tata otherwise I will have to deal with these type of people.
1 star means bad and no star means worst.
docomo have recruited uneducated people at their call centre and for their field operations.

they only pass their work to next shift people by saying call after 4 hours.

I was having couple of mobile connection of TATA DOCOMO Services.

Because of network issue I have given a request for PORTING for my existing mobile numbers from (TATA) to AIRTEL services. After placing the request I got almost 08-10 calls from the TATA customer care to the know reason for porting, after my clarification they committed that request will be processed in 07 – 08 days, but I they haven’t done that and no information has been given to me regarding my porting request, after waiting 15 days of time my father approached Himayath Nagar (Hyderabad) franchise TATA DOCOMO centre, customer support was too bad, behaviour was not good, no proper communication, no proper response, simply saying that my new bill will be generated after 10th only after paying the bill they will complete my porting request, My father asked me to speak the executive Mr. Sunil (Executive - TATA DOCOMO), his attitude was not good, I asked him to give the HO address or concern branch manager number, so that I can get the clear information, he start communicating rudely that they will not do any service to us. I was answered in very abusive and insulting way by him and also he threatened me by tell that, the agency is running by some reputed person,
I don't expect this kind of behaviour from a person working with TATA and the worst part is he can do the same because his manager supports him to do it. It seems to be learning for me that I should never buy any product of TATA otherwise I will have to deal with these types of people.
