TATA DOCOMO MOBILE SERVICE - Recharge not activated

Hello,
I have done special recharged of Rs 501 which includes Free 96000 sec (1600 min) for Local/National calls. 200 Local / National SMS Daily. 4 GB Data. Validity - 60 days through a local shop on 02/04/2012.
Immediately i received the confirmation mesage from the Tata Docomo intimating me that the recharge is successful with the transaction id 100001683577643.
But still the message pack of 200 sms per day has not yet been activated and my balance is reducing by Rs 1.50 for every sms i send.
I tried calling the customer care for over two days, but its coming busy since then. I am fed up with this service

Kindly resolve the issue.

I want to correct myself...i had done recharge on 02.07.2012 ...not on 02.04.2012.

I am still waiting for any response from the Tata Docomo

Dear Sumit,

As per our records we found that the SMS plan has been activated in your number and there is no issue now

which sms plan is activated on my phone...and why daily Re 1 is being deducted from my balance?????
