[Resolved] Tata Docomo — No Network Coverage | |||
I have tried 3 service providers in past 3years and out of which TATA DOCOMO GSM Service is worst I have experienced, Especially in Manyatha Tech Park Area, Bangalore. The calls are Abruptly going dead or getting disconnected every 6 secs, Most of the time the outgoing calls are not connecting at all. People who try to connect my number often complaint that I was either not reachable most often or no status in dial tone when tried connecting to my number. I have complained about the situation to the authorities, but who care about poor sheeps like us. It is our fate to live with such a filthy, corrupted, inhuman, selfish, neglegent living environment in country like India. I had a very good opinion about Tata group of Companies. But there is no difference between a good thief and a bad thief, all are thieves when sucking customer's hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||

hello,
i am a tata docomo user for last 1 year but for last 2 weeks i am not geting network coverage at my home at all i tried from different handsets also but still it is showing emergency it is very frustating i losses all my calls when i am at home. i live near BIMM wakad road pune
and is number portability available in TATA Docomo now..????

Iam also facing network problem with TATA DOCOMO. there is a lot of network problem with TATA DOCOMO. I talk to customer care representative he assure me to rectify the same within 2 week but still the problem is not solved even when i search manually i did not get aircel in the list they said they have congestion free network but in reality they have no network. iam living in Gramam near mavelikara (pin 689645) Alappuzha Dis.
Myself Jaise, working in Larsen & Toubro limited. I'm using tata docomo GSM sim for the last three months. I'm facing lot of difficulties due to its poor network coverage inside the office campus ( Larsen & Toubro LTD, Gate No: 1, Powai).

I have been using TATA photon plus and of late moved to IT City in hyderabad (It is considered to be a posh area). Since that time,I have never been able to connect to photon plus in my flat on the first floor of the appartment. I am incurring serious loss because of this. In addition to this, i wrote to the customer care and the nodal officer in Tata but to no avail. They were suposed to divert the network to that area but no action has been taken as of now.

i am sovan from west bengal i used tata docomo & airtel, i went used only tata docomo becz tata docomo service is best in india but network service is very poor, NO INDOOR COVERAGE & OUTDOOR IS NOT SO GOOD than i used 2 connecation for tata docomo mob.[protected].[protected], many time i complain tata docomo c c but again & again no result, i hope tata docomo network is good after 2 month.than did not good docomo network i saw good bye tata docomo.

I promised with network coverage and speed of tata photon plus, After buying the device once it connects i am unable to ping google page also.
I raised complaints with customer care and no response.
Please i need my money back as its cheated and none of the promises from them are done.

Well I complain about Docomo, I think I should take time to appreciate the services of Vodafone. I have been using Vodafone for 3 years now and did not find any issues with them so far. I am not sure about other people but at least for me they work fine. I am able to make calls from any corner of my house with good connectivity.
