Tata Docomo — no network in marketyard pune

we are not facing a really bad network in marketyard pune
since 3rd december we dont have range and service in our cellphones when in our offices...
we are not able to communicate through our cell phones and just feel that we are having dummy cell phones...
besides repeated complaints to customer care just getting unsatisfactory answers

what do u mean by we will intimate as soon as u get the new site....
till then will u plese tell me what is to be done...
should i just carry my cell as a dummy piece without any range....

i would like to bring to your notice that this problem is faced since last monday and not only me but all the tata customers whether docomo or indicom....

do the needful in the matter immediately or i will have to go to some other forum

?sir already registered complaint about the network repeatedly but
not yet solved
already refreshed the sim also
still the problem persist
no range all day....
i am feeling as if i am carrying just a dummy piece for show
i am not having range in my cell the complete day
this problem is since last monday
when asked the local retailer in my area he said that this is been faced by all the docomo card holders....
i also tried my sim in different handset
please do the needful
my office address is saibaba trading co
178 marketyard
gate no 1
near rajendra roadlines
pune 37


already changed the sim but besides that did not get any mprovement....
whenever i get signal just get missed call alerts..... cant make any calls when in my office...
this problem not only faced by me but also by my friends and all the customers in marketyard premises...

when will we be in range again
will we be or not.....
