Tata Docomo — 7-8 mb per day usage, Bill & Barring Number - Avoid at least in Sec-20 Noida | |||
I have been using services for last 7-8 months regularly and have made payment always around 1300/- for 10 GB plan and had no issues. Since Janurary service quality in Noida-Sec-20 have dropped like anything and I could use only 2 GB some how. Condition has become pathetic towards Jan end and Feburary I lodged complain with their technical department. One executive came and after 2 hours of debugging , working with network guys told me this situation will last till March end due some update on Disha website (No 353 ). Now I called billing dept to adjust me last/current bill as I have been suffering due to their issue they said they will settle bill for Jan usage and no question to pay bill in Feb. They call me 10 times and always said Sir we'll come back to you which they never did. Can you believed that another executive called me to pay 75/- for their tech support visit ? funniest thing of my life , I have seen, damn. THIS IS WEIRED AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM TATA PHOTON - Based on my current service status I cant recommend them to anyone.
