Hi, this is Zameer here and I am using the Docomo service last 16 months or so and I am not happy with service. Last week there was a deduction in my bal and I called CC and one of the floor supervisor I forgot his name talked very rudely and telling the service you used so got charged and he made me get frustrated and evoking me to use bad language I need you check who is that and listen to that and my number and take an action against him as he is a supervisor he need to know how to talk as customer's bal got deducted so he is calling to you . my number is [protected].. you can check with this and I need a reply on this to my Id and id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in ASAP...
And even i do not use get the network properly and I am giving complaints on this thousands times ...

hiwe have a docomo device at our organisation. We are facing issues every week about the connections. We have brought the devices so as to serve our customers. we fave the issue of service degradation. Complaints numbers are as follows
