Non mobile portability of cell no.

I gave the request for mobile portability of cell no. 9216769747 on 09.05.2012 (UPC Code. TP761369), 26.05.2012 (UPC Code. TP551472) and on 12.06.2012 (UPC Code. TP1957810). But the request is still pending. No action has been taken by the present service provider and i am facing a monetary loss due to this. i have already cleared my bills.
