Tata Docomo — port in | |||
Dear sir/madam I am Rakesh from panipat. I requested for port in 0n 27/11/2010 from your dealer at panipat. They said that it will take maximum 7 days. But today after 39 days my no. is not ported in. I have contacted your customer care so many times , but they always suggest me to go to local dealers. I visited so many times to your dealer and also to your distributors (SANAJY SALES CORPO.) There Mr. vishal ( [protected]) & mr sumit ([protected]) say that we’ll solve your problem as soon as possible. Bt result is always same. Mr. sumit send my request 3 to 4 times for port in bt revert from 52291 says “ For the given del [protected] or RSN request is already received”.
