Hi sir my name is pankaj talware and my docomo number is [protected] and i lost my initial pin. I click forgot password link and provide the mobile number and click continue but it shows dear customer you have not change your initial pin if you have forgotten your pin. Plz cantact customer care at 121 (post-paid & pre-paid) to recievd new pin plz help me sir my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Thanks advance
