Tata Docomo — Payment issues | |||
1. I had a tata photon connection. Account #[protected]. 2. When I paid the December Bill via online payment, there were 3 transactions of Rs.586/- each. 3. One transaction through my Credit card and 2 transactions through my debit card. 4. The next bill, i.e the January bill took care of only 1 extra transaction and has not accounted for the other one. I have been struggling for the past 6 months to get back this refund. Even the appellate authority has not responded to this. Was this information helpful? | |||
