This is horrible situation from your end,On 25th Oct 2010 I fillup the from your sales boy (no [protected] I forgot his name) and I got one postpaid sim with serial no [protected] and. And after that day he old me on phone my number is [protected]. But still it is not activated. I received a message my ******4438 no is that "your request number is KOCC2977, our sales team would shortly get in touch with you." No one touch with me. Today I called sales boy (no[protected]) the boy said that he was not!!!!!!
As per your chat room advice I go to your outlet but they are not interested my problem. They said that contact your sales boy who gave you sim. At the begining of my tatadocomo postpaid connection, is not satisfactory. I dont want your connection, I want to return back my Rs. 500/- which I gave to that sales boy by Cheque of Standerd Charterd Bank of Kolkata.

Tata Docomo Postpaid — Poor Services and stopped Outgoing facility without information
Dear SirI have purchase two TATA DOCOMO post paid SIM Card No. [protected] and [protected] two week ago. I submitted necessary document for the post paid connection. But I dont know why I can not use it properly, from last two day my out going services are stopped by Tata docomo services centre without any information or quarry.
I paid Rs. 600 for that SIM card and I have to pay Rs. 200 per each month for the rent. Till date I can not use the service and this month will complete within three days. I have to pay Rs. 200 each on 1st Sept without useing any kind of services. I personaly visited on Tata Docomo office at Ahmedabad for two time but not get result and answare from the customer executive.
I think, I make big mistake choosing TATA DOCOMO. Be cause of their poor services I waste my money and time.
I want to complain about thsi and want solution.
Please help me in this matter and do the need full.
