Automatically Activating Services

I have been using the network from past 2-3 years and now a days, unnecessary deduction from my main balance is done by the company. I have complaint about it several times but the response from the company is not good as per there adds shown in the television is totally fake. There is some problem in there system or they are the problem who automatically activates services on my number and deducts by balance. My mobile no. is 9045759241
