My Name is Mohammed Muqueemuddin.
My Tata Docomo Mobile Number is 7207850***.

It looks like my kid entered incorrect password thrice so my phone is locked now. It's asking for PUK CODE which I don't know.

I'm unable to contact 121 because the sim is locked. I tried to login to you website (www.tatadocomo.com) to find the PUK code, it says my phone number is registered, but I don't remember the password. When I try to reset the password, it doesn't happen on your website for some reason.I won't be able to visit your customer service center because I'm bed ridden due to a recent accident.

It's been over a week now trying to resolve the issue myself, but unable to do so.

I'm really tired and frustrated at this point! Why is it so difficult to resolve a simple issue???
