[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Fraud Recharge | |||
Friends my name is Reshu Jain, my number is [protected] I recharged my cell with Special Recharge option from HDFC online mobile recharge facility but instead of talktime of 444 on recharge amt of 444, only 400 rs (aprox) credited to my account.. I spoke to customer care but she was telling that recharge which i opted was normal(flexi) recharge but i am quit sure that i did was special recharge as per website(tata docomo offical). They are making fool of innocent customers to make money.. i really disappointed with such kind of reply from customer care and when i requested to speak to supervisor, she didnt pass the phone ,which clearly shows their CUSTOMER ORIENTATION . and These FOOLS are LAUNCHING 3G which i was thinking to OPT.
