Tata Docomo — POOR ONLINE SERVICES CHARGING EXTRA | |||
I tried to recharge my phone by 34 RS sms pack online using my current mobile balance but after entering verification code a error page displayed saying INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 500 java.lang.arrayindexoutofboundsexception(26) and i didn't got any confirmation sms also so i tried two times more. later i realized amount was deducted form my account. i called customer care but they are not ready to agree and he asked me to visit DOCOMO gallery. such a poor quality of web application showing java errors to client and charging clients for this. Even a school kid can say there is something wrong happened at server but so called customer representatives can't understand this. i want my money back and i don't want to click any link again and waste my time this is really frustrating and poor customer service.
