[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Recharge Issue

I would like to bring it to your notice on the issue of two debits for one service

I made an recharge of Rs 246 online at Tata docomo website which is an 3G pack activation, since the last authentication page said transaction not completed I had to try the same again, and ended up with same error message again. In a while the recharge i got an recharge successful SMS om my mobile for one pack on Rs 246. I was surprised to see I was charged twice on my credit card.

Eventually I raise an complaint for reversal of one charges which goes in loop back to back and after 20 days of follow up i was told that the charges are corerct nothing can be reverted. please see below the charges with reference number.

I made an attempt to reach the cal center number of times and also escalated to Nodal officer with no response ever.

I have made my mind to port out of this cheaters..

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recharged for 199 rupees tariff on my mobile number with [protected] as per your web portal on dated 8th February 2013.in the website clearly mentioned that 30000 STD/ Local secs. (500 mins.) . Validity : 28 Days for 199 rupees.After the recharging also the amount is deducting from my main balance.For that i called customer care (121) they informed me that its a different plan (Tata to Tata unlimited free).

As per the information what you given in the portal http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx i recharged for that amount.

i had recharge my docomo number with Rs28 on 21/04/2014 through online, but i don't get the benefit of this recharge so far, Always customer care number is very busy.please take it as a compliant against TATA DOCOMO.

i have buy a new tata docomo sim card after a day simcard is getting started after that i have recharged my no [protected]rechage my no with rs 214 to get 2.5gb internet balance but my from retailers first rechage was not done.. after a day retailer recharged my no with 63 due to this my 2.5gb is getting collaps and it show 200mb balance so i want my 214 balance back to my number
I recharged my photon plus by 1200 through net banking option in your website on 30 dec 2014. amount has been deducted from my account but recharge was not successful
