Tata Docomo — recharge offer not provided | |||
I had recharge my number [protected] with Rs. 253 for 1gb 3g plan .but i donot my data. first tata docomo had register my complaint with no. [protected] .they promise me to serve me fully with in 48 hours .and now about 100 hours are passed and now the custmer care executive start ignoring me by giving silly excuses for not serving me with that special offer. so please help me to get my loss of 253 rs back. or 1 gb 3 g data. and my recharge transaction id is [protected].
