i have Tata DOkomo EVD sim card ,these sim card Block & not working condition please give me address of service center .

i called tata indicom service center but he is not given my complet
please help me

I have lost my mobile phone which has Tata docomo and Idea prepaid connection. Request you to kindly deactive the both SIM Cards.
