coz docomo is nothing jst an a thiff

Good evening sir,
I have a tata docomo connection with number [protected] and whenever I recharge there is continuous dedeuction of amount for the different services which I have never subscribed for. When asked for refunding the amount from the customer care, they assure for the same but never do it. I have no idea what is this going on because there is no meaning in recharging my account balance when the Tata Docomo service is using all my balance for unnecessary services that I have not subscribed.
Kindly tell me what to do.
