Tata Docomo — deduction of money without my knowledge

I am using internet thorugh docomo sim with Rs 69/- recharge.
on 26 oct 2011, I used the net for more than one hour. I checked my facebook account only.
After this I found that my balance is less than Rs 1/- and was not able to use internet on the next day.
Company has deducted Rs 80+ from my account without my knowledge.
Their customer care centre is saying that this is chargerd for some movie

So I am saying that......

Tata Docomo chor hai ,daaku hai

My cell no from which money is deducted is [protected]
I have done a lot of mistake that I have ported my no to tata docomo assuming that this is a large group but this is the cheapest groups of theives.

This complaint I have already posted but did not get any response from company side . all this show how responsible is the TATA DOCOMO
