tatadocomo net server is down from 1month and when ever called to customer care for information about net they use to tell do refresh, they send new settings etc but to no avail its works alway use to say lie. sometime they just even don't know about the net problem and when I post a complain here after that they just don't receive my call at all.
Please immediatly take some action sir for these worst customer care and their net services.
