[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Fraud

Hi,

Here i am complaining about the Tata photon plus and Device no. [protected]. I bought new Samsung N170 Net book from Digitus Electronics, Nehru place, and I got Tata photon device by giving 1500/- and i was told that i will be getting 30 GB download free for 2 Month and then i will get welcome call from the customer care for plan confirmation OR i (Tata Indicom Representative, Mr. Rahmaan - [protected])
will fill the form for 750/- Monthly rental plan and it will activate after 2 month.

This is the scenario while purchasing the accessories, after 2 month i did not get any confirmation call from other side and i was waiting for the same after some time i called to customer care and i knew that 1500 Monthly plan was activated without information and i raised a complaint at the same time,

After few days i received a call from the tata indicom, that the executive closed my call with his own statement, which was not at all my words. i again raised a complaint, i thought it will help me but no satisfactory answer from the other side,

First time i use this tata service and i am fade up completely.

tata docomo was cheatingly cutting money from my balance.even i have not applied for criket, i have been charged with 5 rupees. they are saying that they will cut money on the match days. when iam sending unscribe even if i had not activated any thing. but it is not accepting that. please take action against Tata Docomo and do justice to me. TATA Indicom — Filled and signed my application and deactivated my connection

I have a worst experience that's worth lodging police complaint about your organization. I purchased Photon Plus card on 21st Jan 2011 and found that my application and signature is done by someone unknown. I got to know about this when some agent came to my house for Address verification. When I asked who did my signature. he said, I dont know. When I complained your service provider he said, he will check and get back to me. Now, I found your company has deactivated my connection. This is extremely bad, I have paid for photon plus and also getting bill. Can you refund the amount I paid for the card or give free service till end of this year . Your company is responsible for all this problems. I am not able to use the card but still you expect me to pay bill.such company people need to be behind bars.Can you call me [protected] to help me resolving this problem.
I faced a lot of problems too when i had to get the Tata Photon data card. I had to make atleast 10calls a day to get the thing activated and i am repenting for purchasing it as there is barely any bandwidth. It takes me almost 5 mins to open even a single page that is if it manages to open. Will wait for a few more days, if this problem is not resolved will have to take some action. I would like to bring to your notice a case of how I have been cheated by Tata Indicom Vasai West centre. I had a postpaid Tata photon internet connection which on my request has been converted into prepaid on a Rs200 plan. This was done because of no usage by me. Ever since the conversion has been done the device has never worked & keeps showing errors. The staff had recently taken the device & returned it after 7 days after doing nothing. On top of that on 2 occasions they claimed that the a/c needed recharge which I promptly did for Rs 200/- each. They promised me that it would work but it never did. On top of that they are rude & non-cooperative at all times.

I tried following their escalation hierarchy from their website but that doesn't seem to be functional & the complaints never get submitted.

I would be grateful if you could help me with this as I also have a landline connection with them which I have not had issues with. However I have been harassed greatly as I sometimes need the internet connection for my small business & have wasted money on the service with absolutely nothing in return.

Tata Docomo is Fraud. Auto deducted balance
Tata Docomo GSM is fraud or they have a special kind of virus in their systems, Last month i activated my sms pack for 30rs.

After 20 days (in my free sms pack period) I got a massage from

Tata Docomo -

"your sms pack activated for 30 days and 30rs deducted from your balance"

Exactly after 8 seconds i received one same massage again and total 30+30 Rs Deducted from my balance.

Then I call customer care for this automatic drama... They made me fool said that you send sms for this service.

Behas kaResult-
They deal with me like Gunda type - "apka balance vapis nahi aa sakta"

I was very busy at 10-May-11, I really did'nt send any type of massage to sevice provider also check my sentbox. (no chance of virus in my phone bcoz i did'nt connect my phone with any pc or mobile from last 30 days, i have good knowladge about os maintenance )
Also i did'nt send any sms to my friend or any number on that date.
Am i mad ki ek service ko duabra dubara activate karu.

I feel very helpless and very angry with company, they do not care about this. I wanted to tell this via newpaper to all. Finally i found this site and posted my massange.

Tata Docomo is not able to solve this issue.
So friends think 10 times before choose your service provider.

I have corporate docomo mobile number. Few months back one Executive from tata docomo customer care call me and told me about GPRS facility. I was satisfied with that plan and i told him that i will take this plan. and started using GPRS service. now i got bill of Rs 3600 in which Rs 3000 was for GPRS only.

Then i again called customer care about this, then he refused and said that there is no GPRS facility in corporate sim.
If there is no such facility in corporate sim then why earlier customer care executive called me and told me to use 2 GB GPRS service only in RS 98.

This is kumarasan from banglore, i have a tata docomo number ([protected]), i'm very hurted from to be a tatadocomo customer because, this people debited(reduced)balance with out any reason, last month April 25th 2012, They reduced 95rs from my account, regarging this have complainted to care people many times, in one that just refunded 30rs only, and remaing amount 65 is still not refunded . and again this month 03/jul/2012 they reduced 30

Sir, i have recharged GPRS pack on my mobile number [protected] of Rs. 98 through through their official website www.tatadocomo.com which say they are going to provide me with 5 GB data for 30 days which is clearly mentioned on their site but i got only 2.5 GB when i called customer they cut my phone without resolving my problem they say call 52222 to know package then recharge... i think this is the case of fraud... please resolve my problem

please solve the problem
I had purchased a tata photon dongal in chennai. I was using it and all payments were done in time.
My dongal broke due to some reason. When I asked to get me a new one, tatta photon customer care told me that we need to close this account and create a new one.
When I asked how much will that come to be, they said no charges, except for dongal Rs.1000.
So they created a new account, deactivated my old one and sent me a mail saying outstanding is Rs.0 and account has been deactivated.
Afterwards I get a mail saying I need to pay additional for deactivation.
Why was this not made clear to me when I asked in the first place?
When I mailed them the details, I again recd a mail saying acct has now been deactivated.
No reminder mails about any outstanding amount were sent to me.
Now I get a notice today from the advocate mentioned below threatening legal action. My new account has been deactivated, even though I have paid the amount every month.
Please help me.
