Tata Docomo — Cheat company Message

I have recieved msg from tata doc. On my no. [protected] Regarding free call me tunes and song selection for 10 days but when i selected the song, amount of rs. 15 deducted from my a/c bal. And the song set was different from my selection. I have complaint to customer care but there is no response.
Hope u will solve my problem my problem as soon as possible..
