subscription of unwanted services

I got 2 messages at 10.34 am today that my number has been subscribed for services. These messeges are from TA-PLAWAP and the services for which my number was subscribed were Jokes Ka Khazana and LateNightMasti.. But the thing is that i didn't clicked any chargable link from my phone from any of the wap messages and i also dont have any link viewed from these wap messages in my browsing history.. I called tata docomo customer care but they refused to refund me the money... I lost 101 rs from my balance due to these subscription.. I called again to customer care but i think they blocked my number becoz the call is not connecting. My number is 8149537713.

I am using tatadocomo from two months I lost 263 by ya-plawap which I don't know and I didn't activated please revert back if not take action. Consumer courts are there. My mail I'd is santu_377@yahoo.co.in my mobile no.is 7795532232. Return my money back as soon as possible if not I am going to leave Tata Docomo services
