Dear Sir,
It is to bring in your kind notice that I have recently ported my bsnl cell phone no. [protected] into TATADOCOMO.My starting experiece is very bad .On 01/07/2012 I recived a massage by tata docomo you are activated tutor and purchased podcast on huawei media pod and on 02/07/2012 two messages are received that you have purchased LNM 378 and 374 pack at Rs 60 and thus Rs 80 is deducted from my balance.But I am 100% sure neither I bought nor activated any pack.Customer Care Executive didn't satisfied me. Even I don't know what are these services meant for? My request to tata docomo is that kindly refund this amount to my balance and deactivate these services immedeatly. If this is not resolved soon I wouldn't want to continue with docomo any longer.My mobile no is [protected].
