[Resolved] Tata Docomo — tata docomo balance deduction | |||
I have recharged with RS 20 and my balance was reduced to Re 1, again i recharged with 10 and again it was reduced to 1. On 20 jan i have recharged with 250 3g and now on 210 2g 8gb plan but can not connect to internet with TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET, I need to connect with that hvc setting. My no is [protected]. On 22nd i received a msg of balance deduction off rs 49/- without my permission and without informing for what they are deducing. Since then customer care is not picking up the phone it says they are busy. Plz kindly credit back my balance.
