UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION BY NETWAP AND EVERY DAY SMS FROM NETWAP TO DEDUCT BALANCE

Hi, My mobile no is 8792779962. My name is Suraj Kumar. Daily I get a message from NETWAP stating the alert of the day with some hyperlink. I have not subscribed for the service. my balance is being deducted for it.
I called customer care many times but still my balance getting deducted and i am daily getting sms of netwap. I even called 155223 but it is saying that no service is currently activated on my number.
Unsubscribe the services and refund me the balance.
