UNFFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION BY ACTIVATING UNFAIRE SERVICES.
TATA DOCOMO MOBILE TV PLAN AUTO ACTIVATED & DEDUCT Rs 16 FROM MY ACOUNT ON 13 JUNE 2012

Hello
My name is Karthik nayak , and my phone number is 9620388230
Everyday i get a message from TD-NETWAP CINEONE service and my valence gets deducted by one rupee
I have contacted customer service around eight times and they said the service well be disabled but no action has been taken , i am sick of this unfair method of removing currency
Do the needful or i shall port to Vodafone !!!

hi i am moumita and i am facing the same problem!!! everyday my balance gets deducted by 1 rupee even though i hav not subscribed to this netwap service! i recently took this docomo sim after watching the advertisements! but why do you make such hollow promises in those ads about unfair deductions if you cannoy live up to them? more that 30 rs has already been deducted from my account for a service that i havnt even subscribed to!!! moreover wenever i go to the deactivation portal they say that no services are active on my number!!! isnt this cheating????

today I've deducted rs 2 from my Tata docomo mobile number 9046510415 at 3.33a'm for a service which I didn't want, so it is truely unfair. So kindly refund it to my number as soon as possible.
