[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unsuccessful recharge not refunded | |||
Dear Sir, My Tata Docomo Mobile No. [protected], I recharged my number with Tata Docomo on line recharge with Rs.200/-.ON 10/09/2013. It was not successful. Hence I got the massage from DOCOMO by stating that "sorry, we were unable to process your recharges request. we will refund the amt to your account in 5 working day. Your payment reference number is MSPD [protected]. Same thing happened to my other Number [protected] on the same day, but I do not have the reference number. Was this information helpful? | |||
