[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — miscommitment

My name is Minhaz akber my no is [protected] . i have done my no port in tata docomo from reliance ..
when i went docomo office in Meerut {opp Ganga plaza begam bridge meerut} than officers (ratika jain ) said to me that i[censored] will port your nomber in tata docomo than u will get more benifits like that.
ur msgs benifits are
ur first msg will charges 60 pesa after that u get 100 msg free for one day .
this plan is valid for life time ..
because this plan is only for new port customer .
and your call charges will 2 seconds in one pesa .

but now my every msgs charges is 60 paisa for one msg in local areas ..
when i talk in customer care than replied that your plan is expire this plan was valid only for 3 months.
when i again talk with customer care than replied that your plan was valid only for 6 months ..
i have done reacharge for 11 ruppes for msgs...at date 25 october 2011.
pls return my plan for life time
pls solve my problum..
