[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Voice Mail | |||
Dear Sir, I would like to lodge a complaint against Tata Docomo regarding Voice Mail Service started in my number and not ready to discontinue the service after making again and again call to customer care. I made several call to customer care but they are unable to stop the services, 2-3 times they told me the service will be discontinue within 24 hours but till date the service remain active. I want to discontinue the service because when someone call me, the call forwarded to voice mail when my mobile is not available in network and the voice mail message I can't hear because there is some password to hear the voice mail but I don't know the password and the password which I have been set on starting for this service is now showing incorrect password I request customer care to provide me password but they cant. Hence there is no use of this service, so it is requested inform company to stop the services like voice mail in my number My mobile Number [protected] Regards, Mustafa. I can show you the 3 voice mail messages of today i.e. 20/08/2012 (somebody call me and my phone was not in network hence call had gone in voice mail) and you are saying there is no voice mail service activated in my mobile phone.

When i get a voice mail and go to the voice mail number([protected]) and play the message, even with the volume turned all the way up i barely can hear the messages people have left me even when i am in a quiet environment...this is with every voice mail i get. I know its not a phone(hardware) issue and any suggestions so i can hear my voice mails...!
