Deactivate devotional music

My no. is 7501300369.i want to deactivate devotional music.bcoz it is charging RS.1:00 per day.plz deactivate this.otherwise i have to change tata docomo.

i loss my two sims, these are 8977244474, 8977550874, so pls block my two sims, thank you

please deactivate caller tune from my tata docomo number 8092046164, as i am in roaming, unable to contact customer care, and the numbers 155223 or 5900017 for deactivation is not being connected from my number.
