Tata Docomo — Currency not credited | |||
Dear Authority, I am the subscriber of Tata Docomo for last 02 Years. On 30th Dec-2010 I did e-recharge of Rs 25 on my cell [protected] from a retailer at Patandur Agrahara ( Rajlakshmi Enterprises) Whitefield Bangalore-066. Due to server problem retailer told me that currency will be credited later & given Rs 25. But neither I got the message nor I got the balance. I checked with the Customer care executive also & I was told to check with the retailer only where i recharged. But Retailer told me that the amount has been credited & even he got the message that recharge successful message and he forwarded me the message which transaction Id is [protected]. I did not get the proper response from the retailer he clearly told me that if they get the recharge successful message & currency not credit to customer account it's not their fault & they can't help for this........ This is a cheating with the customer from either retailer or dealer . This is to bring to your kind attention how the customers are treated by the dealer... Customers are not getting the justice..
