Tata Docomo — wrong balance deduction and not paid full recharge value | |||
I'm customer of docomo having mobile no . - [protected] Further I want to inform that I've made online recharge on of amount 500/- but I've not received recharge value 585/-which was assured by cust care executive on same day as well same rcharge plan shown on it's website. and IInd complain I've subscribed for 28/- Rs Std plan but they activated Rs45/- plan and 45 Rs deducted three time total 135/- Rs and cust care as well as Guj Appellete nodal officer not responding from 5 days Was this information helpful? | |||
