Hi I am using this connection from last 2 year [protected], [protected] .Till now I haven’t face any problem. It was going good. This month I have been charges in my bill for dialing the 54321 no. Please check I haven’t dialed any No. how can anybody charge. Without dialing the no. Even I had called to customer care on 03-may-2013. Conversation was with “ Gurvinder “ executive. He had given me the assurance that this charges will be get waived off.

tata wireless phone — WRONG BILLING

RESPECTED SIR,

I AM A CUSTOMER OF TATA TELESERVICES FROM LAST FOUR YEARS NOW A DAYS I GET WRONG BILLING , WE USE OUR PHONE VERY LESS. THATS WHY I WE DECIDED TO DIS CONNECT THE NO I FAX HIM ON[protected] FOR DISCONNECTION BUT STILL THEY ARE NOT DISCONNECTING MY NO 65055313.

IF YOU SEE MY BILLIN IT GOES HIGHER AND HIGHER. WITHOUT INFOMING GIVING UNWANTED FACILITIES .

WHY SHOULD I PAY THEM CORRECT BILL.

ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO.

I purchased Tata Photon Plus on 15th Aug 2010 and same got activated on 16th Aug with the plan 600 Per month @ 2GB Data limit. On 23rd Aug I recevied frist bill from 16.08.2010 to 20.08.2010 and just for 5 days usage they charged me Rs 298 (that too after deducting discount). It is showing Downloaded units as 625 MB and Amount Rs 312.50 which is totally wrong as I have not downloaded this amount of data. Just for 5 days usage with average 1-2 hours per day if we get bill of Rs 300 , they will definitely send next bill with[protected] Rs for whole month. I am planning to cancel this connection. Please do not go for Photon plus else you will get unexpected bills from tata Indicom. We can not calculate data transfer details (upload / download in MB) and hence they take advantage. According to Tata Indicom customer care, even if you refresh page, it will be considered as download. I am sure If i go for 5GB limited plan, they will show more than 8-10 GB and charge accordingly. They just want to extract money with these limited plans by any reason and Photon does not have unlimited plan. My suggestion is, go for any unlimited plan with any service provider.

Tata Docomo — wrong bill

i have charged rs.21 . . And this is wrongly charged by tatadocomo i know what the internet settings and i use internet for last 2years and last i want to back my balence. . . . . .and i hope u consider my genuine complain

Tata Docomo — customer care executive causing trouble by calling on my mobile number

Customer care executive of tata docomo made the note of my mobile number and now use to send me the messages. His number is [protected]. Please take the necessary action.

Tata Docomo — WRONG BILLING AND WRONG RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINT

Sir,
I, Priyank Gagneja have been using the mobile (number – [protected] under account no.[protected] in the name of Sh. Ved Rajpal) under TATA DOCOMO SERVICES. I am finding problems arising of the undue billing of the service by TATA TELESERVICES.
I wish to state the following :
1. I am in receipt of the bill no. [protected] for the billing period of 03/12/2011 to 02/01/12
2. I had paid this bill without getting the physical or email/soft copy of this bill as on repeated requests I didn't get the bill but the services were stopped
3. I have received some messages of charges for using the content download services from “Tata docomo dive-in-vas”.
4. I immediately called to the consumer services to receive the message that it might have been some mistake as they (the tellecaller) are unable to see any such charged levied every time.
5. I received one of the messages at mid night while I was asleep saying charges have been levied for 2 downloads.
6. Similar problem was found in Jan-Feb Cycle bill and was informed and corrected, the amount is adjusted in the bill.
7. I received the bill by email after repeated calls for about 2 times to help line or nodal office
8. I was surprised to find the charges levied for 3 different services at various times the details are as follows
a) Content subscription charges 3 G - 4 times – Rs. 396.00
b) Subscription Services 3G - 1 times – Rs. 10.00
c) Content Downloads 3G – 1 times – Rs 5.00
7. None of the aforesaid charges could show the connection time more than 0.01 Seconds
8. My every request to the customer care could not fruitfully give the positive results.
9. I approached to Nodal officer Mr. Ajay Aggarwal’s office, it sounded like another customer care centre and somebody talked to me assuring of the redressal and rectifying the bill.
10. I have paid the difference bill and today I have received the mail telling to deposit the balance amount or face disconnection.
11. Upon calling to customer care & nodal officer both said they cannot help.
12. I feel this is an absurd arrangement if they agreed for the mistake in one bill then why they refuse to do so in the previous bill

Now my query:
Why the services I am 100% sure of, that I have never used was billed?
Why is nodal office not seeing the time shown in the bill for download of the contents (0.01 second in every download) ?
Why is every time I have to approach the higher authorities for help rather than Nodal Office which I feel have been rendered useless?
What is the next process to get the bill corrected for the fake charges of Rs. 483 + taxes

Today I re-charged 53Rs to get 1paisa - 2 sec plan. My call was for 115 sec. But I was charged 0.88 paisa instead 0.58.
When I called, agent & TL for call center explained in disgusting way for the charges.
Also if I have opted for some other plan in past, I dont have to remember all history.
Today if I am not eligible to get benefit of Rs. 53 then it should say "INVALID". But it got charged successfully.
And Team Leader told me “ it happens. There is no option. You will not get benefit also and your 53 Rs will also gone”.

WHY I HAVE BEEN PUNISHED not to remember all past history of mobile. You have system who identify who is eligible who not. Then why Rs 53 recharge was successful?????? I need resolution & compensation for the same.

I am Aditya Jain from Pune, I have Tata Indicom Broad band connection since June2011. My account no. is[protected] and my Tata Indicom No. is
[protected]. My Tata Indicom plan name is * DS347 New ADSL 1Mbps Residential Truly UL Plan *

I have been rental of Rs. 1267/- per month (including all taxes). Couple of months back I came to know about revised rental of same plan and I requested multiple times at their customer care customer care using customer care number and online as well.


Last month I raised the complaint (No.[protected] *and resolve date for this complaint was said to be 9th March, 2012. This complaint is still pending,

Failed to resolve the above complaints. I wrote them that until this issue is resolved I would not pay any bill.

I would like to know if monthly rental of this plan was reduced, why I am being charged extra. Also please provide me the information that for how long this 999/- plan is available.
I am very shocked seeing the two types of charges for the same plan at same place.

I want to change the rental amount with immediate effect plus for at least last 2 bills (since I lodge the complaint) adjust the monthly rental amount and send me the corrected bills.

Please do the needful.

My Cell number is :[protected] and 2 days back(24th sept) I got a SMS as I have crossed my credit limit and my billed amount is 4567.
And next day I got a SMS my credit limit is increased to 2800 and today I got one more SMS saying my unbilled usage is 6562 and my outgoing call is bared.

I was not communicated when I crossed my credit limit. I have raised a request to investigate but that is also not resolved

I do have an unlimited plan for call and i do have 1 gb 3g internet plan and i have never crossed that limit till now and what ever the bill they are saying its not possible to reach that much amount.

Sir, I am using tata docomo postpaid walky for the last 3 years with the register no [protected] and last year I have gone to advance rental plan ( zero rental ) for 3 years and from November 2012 they are charging 25/- as minimum rental. When we ie tata docomo and myself are in contract for three years with zero rental how can they start collecting rental stating that TRAI has order them to collect the rent and this was brought to the notice of customer care, [protected]@tata..........and [protected]@..........but no use. My PUK Code is 25530374.Day before yesterday I was browsing through mobile internet, suddenly I got a sms stating" you have been charged 100 rs, you are registered for dive in, you can download unlimited" But I dint register for anything and they took my full balance of 115 rs. my number was successfully ported to docomo on march-25th,
i requested to activate 2gb Rs.50/- GPRS plan no :[protected] on march 27th over mail([protected]@tatatel.co.in) and customercare also.

after 12hrs i checked, am able to connect to the internet, i though they have activated the 2gb pack,

they haven't replied that they have activated only GPRS not the 2gb plan.

Now they are saying they have activated the 2gb plan on April 27, (it means after 1 month)

now in bill, they have charged Rs 533/- only for GPRS usage, as they have activated after 1 month ( if they have replied that 2gb pack was not activated, then i may not use that much of data)

for sms also charged wrongly, as per the plan i have 100 free sms, for that also no clarification,
