Tata Docomo — Wrong sms charges- 100 sms per 0.60 paise per day not provide | |||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that i myself Vijayendra Lothe, i have been using Tata Docomo Sim card with Mobile no: [protected] for last one year. As per scheme we got 100 SMS free with 0.60 paisa per day. but One day i have received message from Tata docomo that 10 ke tethi vadhu na recharge par melvo 540 Mb internet data ane 54 local ane national min free Rs 54 na special recharge par so as per that message i recharged with 54 Rs than they would not provide me 540 MB internet data & my cutting sms balance than after i made a complaint to Tata docomo customer care so than after seven days they provide me that SMS cutting balance & 540 MB internet data but still they don't provide me 100 SMS free with 0.60 paisa per day still they charged me 0.60 paisa per sms it means i can not get benefit of 100 SMS free with 0.60 paisa per day. its useless for me.so i need your help regarding this matter. how can Tata docomo Cheat with the customers like this. i hope you can understand my problem & take some serious step against Tata docomo service. here i am giving you the email id of TATA DOCOMO customer care : [protected]@tatadocomo.com. please take some serious step regarding this matter this is very serious matter for me.
