Security Deposite Not Given Back

I Had Given 7100/- Rs. To TATA Finance Ltd. As Security Deposite Against Two Wheeler Loan. I Had Given Security Deposite In Year 2001. My Security Deposite Maturity Date Is In Year 2004. But I Did Not Get Any Message From TATA Finance Ltd. Now I Want My Security Deposite Back. What I Have To Do? I Go To TATA Capital Office But They Said That TATA Finance Company Is Closed And We Don't Know About This. Please Help Me To Get My Security Deposite Back.
