TATA Indicom - lost the mobile, Indicom dealers not respond properly

Dear Team,

I Lost my mobile on on 31/03/2010. Tata Indicom prepaid services, mobile number 9248702699. I consulted the local tataindicom mobile centre at amalapuram,east godavari district. They told me "here there is no prepaid services. you will contact Kakinada or Rajahmundry". I contacted the tataindicom showroom in Kakinada, two town, main road. But their people are not responding properly. They told me ''sim cards not available you will contact after 15 days then we will take your proof & provide the same number(9248702699)."

I am the employee of Bharti axa life insurance company. I am facing the lot of problems about this issue.
