balance deducted without any reason

when i make a call then i saw that there is no balance in my account and after some time i recived a message that a song is downloaded in my mobile on 8/7/2012 and 42 rupees balance is deducted from my mobile. On 8/7/2012 my balance deducted from my mobile 9290881592 in the morning 10 am for downloading of a song . but i don,t download any song my 42 rupees deducted from my mobile. i want my balance is to be refunded now ,
