Good morning to all of you,

My name is Ravish from kopaganj, distt mau u.p.

Sir i would like to say about tata indicom
I am user before two month but night at 10:30 have deducted balance in my account . My mobile number is [protected] When i called customer care then nobody gave response to me. Before one week was low balance and 20 jan night recharged 25 rupees , that time came full balance but suddenly 10 rupees deducted balance in my account and came confirmation massage that you have successfully news pack . While i don't know about that . Without my wish desire tata company subscribed service my number . Only i want refund balance 10 rupees . So please you take action and you give feed back tata company and refund balance .

I have recharged with Rs. 357 voucher on 25 th dec. 2007. In sometime all my balance got disappeared. I lodged the complaint on 27th whereas i was told that in 24 hrs time the problem will get solved. my cmpl. no is - crr 07119802. since the problem was not solved I called back I was again assuers by ur senior team leader that it will take 48 hrs. i.e. by 29 th it will get s0lved when still it is not resolved I m, told that 24 more hrs else I should visit public office by a sen TL Mr Vijay & Miss Sunita.(Mr. Vijay cut the call inbetween & Miss Sunita assured me a call back within 15 minutes which she did not.)
Tata indicom should understand that their customers have got some meaningful work to do other than calling u people & visiting ur distant offices.! that too because of none of our mistakes.
this is happening 2nd time with me. last month also I was harrassed with the same problem. One sort continuing for more than 1 month shows lack of proffessionalism on the part component of well known Tata Group.
I m not able to make calls as there is no balance left in my account. It has affected my work & image. so I expect some reasonable compensation for it.
I hape my problem will be attended onj priority basis & resolved at the earliest.

TATA Indicom — balance got deducted

dear sir
i recharged with rs 100 on 1469 top up voucher but on that very day balance of rs 90 nearabout deducted from my account, my mobile no is [protected] .
I called to customer care but they informed me i activated some valuadded services so balance got depleted >
I am 100 % sure that it is not done by me and it it is 100 % sure that services areactivated by customercare officeres on that day.

TATA Indicom — Deducting Balnce

Dear Sir,
I am Sudheer, I had taken a new connection(Mobile No:[protected]) with Tata Indicom in a Sim-Mobile Bundle offer.The offer is I will get 150 free minutes every month up to 4 months.The problem is Tata Indicom is deducting my free minute saying that "Free local minutes have been withdrawn from your account due to not using offer(SIM & handset) as per bundle offer". But I never removed my sim from my mobile.They are deducting the free minutes every month without my mistake.Please take action on the company for not serving me as per offer.

we are facing a lot problems from my tata indicom's cdma set which contain number [protected]. we can hear the the voice of caller but our voice does not go their. money are also charged without any communication . i live in wz-384 sri-nagar shakur basti delhi -110034 . I had made complaint to raja park's office but they refused us to support us. please take immidiate action on it.

TATA INDICOM PHONE — NOT GIVING THE REQUIRED BALANCE

SIR,

THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES OF TATA INDICOM IS NOT GIVING ME THE BALANCE OF RS.50 ON MY CELL(CELL NO.[protected])INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINS FROM ME . OUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN REGISTERED ON 9TH OCTOBER(VIDE NO.PCR[protected] AND I WAS ASSURED TO GET BACK WITH RESOLUTION WITHIN 60 HOURS. BUT MORE THAN 6 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NO ONE FROM THERE SIDE HAS GOT BACK TO US NEITHER DID THEY TAKE ANY STEP.

IT WILL BE VERY KIND OF YOU IF YOU KINDLY RESOLVE THE MATTER BECAUSE IT SEEMS THESE GUYS ARE BLUFFING ME.

sir i am a customer of tata indicom holding a number of [protected] i downloaded a ringtone from this service but the amout got deducted was aroun 40 rs but when i called custemer care there was no proper info given but a wrong info given i lost money and did not resived any service .. more over i always kept in hold for hours please help me . my whole family is using this service but because of there cheating we all decided too stop using this network any more

Myself Mahesh V.Pore (A/202 Karnik Nagar , Behind WIT college, Solapur) my tata mobile no.is [protected] .today I receive one phone from Tata Indicom from this no.[protected] (16/01/2010 1.18p.m.)about one sheme(Booster Plain). At that time we said that we will inform you about scheme activation affterword and he told that not any deduction in your balance and balance is 173/- but when he is activatied this scheme my balance is deduct 100/-Rs.then i call immediately custermercare (16/01/2010 4.16p.m.) then i told Mr. Mayur this problem and told u deactivate this scheme and refund my balance otherwise i going to cunsumer court but he rudly talking and told me as u wish u go but not refund balance. But they activate that scheme without inform us and with out my permission. and reduce the balance from our account. your custermercare executive are not giving us any proper response. We are requested you to kindly give attention to our complaint because we dont have any idea about (what is booster plan) any scheme and why we activate this paln only 10 days. and thats why we want our previous account as it is and refund my balacne in my account.



If you are anable to do any measures in our case then we have last option to go in consumer court then follow legal action then your must give us compensation for mentaly harashment and this purpose.If you not given any immediately responce then we will demand for compansation with Advocate fees Rs.3800/-.

Solve this problem as early as possible. who is basted activate this plan and who is idiate, i given last wronging to your company not any promotional phone me , because today this call i am not attended my father is old he not clearly identify call . refund me balance immediately otherwise going to consumer court

TATA Indicom — Not giving refund

Sir,
Due to bad services we cancelled internet facility of WLL of TATA Indicom & we changed teriff plan from our regular current paln to 2 years free rent plan as per representative told us about 2 months back on WLL phone.They send rent bills for internet facility as well as monthly rent.We paid both bills for December 09 & January 2010.
Till date no refund is given after so many mail & phones calls.

TATA Indicom — RS. 30.00 DEDUCTED UNNECESSARILY

HONOURABLE SIR,

I am very much dissappointed that yesterday(02.01.2010) Rs.30/- has been deducted when I was talking with your customer care on 12524 at 10:45pm to know about the roaming charge which is applicable or not if I go to Gangtok/Siliguri. In the mean time I got a beep sound on my mobile and realized that a msg has been received.After end of the call I opened the msg and see written, "You are successsfully subscribed for HEALTHTIPSONSMS alerts on SMS at Rs 30/30 Days, which is Autorenewable. To unsubscribe, Sms Stop to 155223(Toll Free)".
May I know how it has been activated without my request ? I've called again at 12524 after see the msg but they are said that "I am not able to give u the information How it has been activated". Which also so rediculous for me.
I always encourage others to use the tata indicom connection(CDMA) from where I got a good service till yesterday. But now it is so embarrassing for me and I don't think after that incident I will encourage any one to take the tata indicom connection(CDMA).
If you think me as a valuable "pay per call subscriber" and want that I don"t discontinue the connection-[protected] Then please refund my balance. And ofcourse You Will continue the goodwill of TATA INDICOM TELE SERVICES.

TATA Indicom — Deduction of main balance

This is paresh somani,my tata indicom mobile no is [protected]
On Date 20/05/10 time 9:32am I received a call from a customer care executive(phone- [protected]),he told me that my no was selected for that day and told me regarding welcome tunes,I told am NOT INTERESTED but he didn't stop,when I end up that call,I received a message that "as per my balance am subscribed to welcome tunes for Rs.30"
On next day I was charged Rs10 for selecting a song though I didn't make any such attempt
Company itself has subscribed the service and I lost an amt of Rs.40
On complaining about this,I didn't get any fair reply!!!
y r absolutely right the staff of tata indicom is not responsible for their job.

TATA Indicom — BALANCE DEDUCTION

My tata photon+ balance 10GB become ZERO only by surfing website not even download 1 MB,now co. is not accepting it that deduction in my a/c is by mistake & not refunding balance. I am shocked to see this LOOT- MAAR in the country by the telecom companies.

Sir , my balance was 2 times being low , 1st time when i called to cus.care then they told that its your mistake than i accept but I knew ... its not my mistake yet i accept it ... But 2nd time i am sured that its not my mistake .... for 1st time 60 rupees was being low and this 40 rupees in last one month .....sir its not fair.. if it is being continuously then i handle this situation from other kind ........ ok sir thanks ..... my no. mob:-[protected].mere no.pe baar-baar recharge karwate hi balance kaat leta hai.kabhi apne man se callertune activate kar deta hai to kabhi voice chat pack activate kar balance kaat leta hai.agar aise hi chalta raha to mujhe MNP karwana padega.customer care ko kai baar call kar bataya gaya lekin koi faida av tak nahi hua.

TATA Indicom — deducting balance

I am Shahena Akhtar My mobile no is [protected], My problem is that my balance has been deducting when ever I recharge. When I inquiring about this I get the reply that I have been subscribed some tips through sms. Which I have never done. for this I have registered my complain to them vide request id no:- DND[protected] on[protected]. And today on[protected] I recharged for 25-00 and again they have deducted Rs-18.00 from my balance. Please look in to this matter and give some favorable solution.
Please take action against the company.
