Stopped outgoin instead of submitting proper documents
Hi,
I have recently taken one TATA Indicom prepaid connection whose number is 09241878981. I have submitted all the necessary documents twice. Within one week, it got disconnected, in effect it's outgoing has been stopped. Now, the same problem I have suffered some 1.5 years back while I was in Chennai for job purpose. There I had a Tata Indicom Prepaid connection too and it's number, as per as I can remember was : 09283736709. It got disconnected because of some documentation being not submitted either by the dealer or your agent who collects the same. I suffered the same issue there as I am suffering now. I have recharged with 699 Rs. to call my relatives all across India, which is getting totally wasted. I have personally submitted the documents this time to Koromongola Office to ensure proper service, but still it is not working. I am not only surprised but also shocked to see such below graded service level from a TATA brand!!
I myself being a TCS employee, can not believe such negligence and harassment. Also I got no reply after sending mails to Tata Indicom customer care and nodal officer. In their customer care, If I call : nobody is attending it and they are not activating it in spite of promising me earlier that they would have done that immediately itself. I am disgusted with TATA indicom.
Hope nobody has to go through this.
