[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Account deactivated

Sir/Madam,

Tow months ago I subscribed Tata Indicom Broadband service. On January 26th, 2009 they kept my account under suspended mode. Upon asking the reason they said what ever the amount i have in my account i.e. Rs. 299/- Is deducted for night unlimited plan. So you don't have sufficient balance to keep your account active. I asked them that please revert back the night unlimited plan's amount or give me only night access as you already deducted my amount. The Tata indicom people said it is not possible, 'once the night unlimited button is pressed it will automatically deduct my amount' the service executive said the same words. I would like to know is this a fair practice to deduct my money with out having given any service to me. Why i paid the amount. To whom i can complaint about this.
