Fooling The Customers
i bought a tata indicom connection on my wife's name no-01164664144. while taking the connection i was told that my tarriff would be ONE INDIA plan according to which the bill would be very low and i would always get the bill on time. Since then i get my bill only after the due date has crossed and i'm asked to pay the bill along with the fine. i asked the customer care executives to disconnect my number but dont do so and i've to pay the rental each month. the executives do not give the docket number as well.so if you could pls take any action against them.
FYI - i'm not going to pay the rental for the last month and this month...
