Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that we have two BPL Mobile connections (Billing). The Mobile Nos. are [protected] & 3558. In this context, we would like to draw your kind attention that we have some doubt regarding the misuse of our no. [protected] as yesterday I was talking to my friend in the evening at the same time my husband received a call ([protected]) from my No ([protected]) but kindly note that I was not calling him.

Please note that my daughter picked up the mobile and she heared the voice of one person (man) and while she was handing over the mobile to my husband the call got disconnected.

Then my husband called me back to enquire regarding this, then only we came to know that something is wrong somewhere.

Therefore we are in a confusion and doubt as there would be some misuse of my SIM CARD. So, we earnestly request you to kindly look into this matter VERY SERIOUSLY and LET US KNOW THE STATUS REGARDING THE SAME ON TOP MOST PRIORITY BASIS. Otherwise we are foreced to disconnect the BPL connections.

I am having a new bsnl connection with a plan of std Re.1 & local Re. 0.8
So in tata i am having the plan of std Re. 2.50 local Re.1
so i did not need the tata connection so please block the tata no.[protected]

Hi,
I came from chennai to Hyderabad on 11-oct-2009,i lost my mobile here
I tried to reach BSNL cutomer care to block my sim card ,but the numbers ([protected] and [protected] )are not working
Even i went to BSNL customer care office located in lingampally but the response from them to reach the local(chennai) customer care office to block the mobile.

Then what is the pupose of centralization ? even i did the same but there is no response.
