I have purchased the tata indicom mobile from SAI mobile Jwelley Sector- 18 on 13 April 2009 Noida. the shopkeeper sold me a used mobile in a price of new Mobile and mobile was defected too i told shopkeeper to replace my mobile he will not take any action on this so that i go to Tata service center the guys at the tata service center says that set is dead and no claim will be entertained Pls help me to short out this problem.

My sister's son-in laws phone is lost yesterday morning in Shatri Nagar Near Inderlok area .Phone is tataindicom pre paid connection [protected] under the name of son-in-law Paramjeet Singh.They have regsitered the FIR for lost mobile yesterday afternoon.
