Tata Indicom — USB Modem

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Tata Indicom's plug to sirf (USB Modem) internet connection. Since April 04, 2008 it is not working, so I filed the complaint on[protected], they promised to resolve this problemwithin 12 hours. Since then I have filed the complaint six times but received no response.kindly do the needful otherwise I will be bound to go to the consumer court.

I have epivalley modem that is using with tataindicom after that.i had new sim tatatdocomo cdma when i connected to pc it error message username nad password is not correct so i need user name mobile number is [protected]
i have tataindicom sim when i recharge internet pack it not succesfully .so what is problem about sim.my sim no is [protected]
