I am radhemohan from alwar ( raj. ). my mobile number is [protected].I want see my call details of NOV2008 and I also want see my last 10 call details of my mobile number.so i request to you, pls send call details on my email id as soon as possible . I thankful to you. This is my mobile numer .

TATA Indicom — Cheating done by tata indicom

Dear Sir,

My tataindicom mobile number [protected] prepaid Plan is changed wrongly & without any prior notice to me.

Today i have come to the notice that my balance is getting deducted unnecessary as according to my base plan taken details are as follow

Call plan Call Charges
Tata to Tata 0
Tata to any mobile 1
Tata to landline 2
Tata to STD call 3

And according to Non-stop plan in which i had taken my phone i have unilimited Tata 2 tata call and above tarriff were applicable till my number validity last. Last year in December 2008 i got company offer from tata that exetend your validity & plan by Recharging coupon of Rs 2008 & get 2008 days validity & 2008 amount general balance. So i have recharge with Rs 2008 on 13 dec 2008 and my plan and validity is exended till june 2013.

Now Tataindicom had forcefully change my plan without any notice & my balance is getting deducted unnessary. I have call Customer care sevral times but they are not ready to note down my complain. when i checked tataindicom site for complain to higher authorities ie Nodal offier. I call nodal officer on[protected], but everytime any other person is picking the phone any saying sir is not there.
Now Tata indicom is not ready to listern my complain also.

I want my plan back.Pls help me out for the unjustice done by tata indicom.

I opted for tata indicom post paid connection 445 plan. I agree that the tellecallers promise you more than what is offered by the company. I was prepared for this, i agree that company cannot have complete control over it. I started using the connection, my first bill of Rs.89, was collected from my place by a representative. My credit limit as could be heard in IVR Rs.3, 000/-. My second bill was of Rs.1115/- i received a call from a tellecaller asking me to pay the bill, I informed her that I will need another couple of days to pay the bill, suddenly I could hear on the IVR that I have crossed the usage limit so my services have been barred, i received few messages to pay my bill fine till here. I made my full payment of 1115/- through credit card & they accepted it. I called up there customer care line to activate my line...same answers will be done...I again agree that company does not have full control over this too. I finally got connected to someone who said that the payment made my me is reflecting on the system, but since I have made a payment through credit card my line cannot be activated I will have to make a cash payment in order to activate my line & credit card payment will not be refunded, I asked him the reason, he said company policy.Company policy for the customers not informed to the customers.I have few questions

1>Why was my credit limit reduced from 3000/- to Rs 1300/-, without informing me.
2> When they were able to send me messages & call me several times why were they not able to convey me the company policy of cash payment.
3>Why should they accept the payment through credit card when they want the payment through cash, does the value of money reduces when paid through a credit card.

recently got new connection of tataindicom but they include other useres bill in my a/c & the line is death.

Sir,
I am a customer of tata indicom postpaid bearing Phone No:-[protected].(Moto razr V3i).I took this phone in an instalment basis.The executives who sold me that phone did not mention that the phone has limited memory and it cannot be extended. I was given the phone for Rs.12000, but the phones whose cost was Rs.3000, had extended memory. So, I gave a complaint to take back that instrument and give another instrument which would have extendable memory. But tata didn’t respond to this complaint. In march of 2008, my outgoing was disconnected without any intimation. I work for the night shift in GENPACT. The time was around 2am and I had to contact my mother as she was bedridden due to her illness. I had to borrow a phone from my friend and make the emergency call. I am sad that tata provides such useless service. When I contacted the customer care, they said that it was done because my credit limit of Rs.1300 has finished and I cannot have the services, unless I paid off that amount. But when I questioned that my due date had not yet finished, there was not an answer from any executive.
I sent complaint the next day, but this too in vain. In last summer an excecutive of tata came to my residence saying that he was sent to collect the bill amount. When I told him my dissatisfaction about the services, the executive said that he would help me out but he hasn’t turned up yet.
Two more executives arrived with the same reason and left without giving me any explanation regarding my complaint. I regret for using tata services. The advertisement of tataindicom says “Follow your dreams”, but the truth is that the services are worst than those that can be imagined in dreams.Even today there is no response from tata and it is a shame for them for having been so irresponsible and having failed to respond to my complaint for nearly a year.I wish atleast now it takes note of my complain.
I even said that I don’t want their service and that instrument which is lying uselessly in my house. But they are not bothered to take note.

for internet sevice i have paid to tataindicom 2850/- 0n 27th oct 2008 in cash for usb modem
they gave in 8 days but its not worked properly so i asked another lower modem of 2500/- ands they told me to pay again in cash and will get refund in 15 days of 2850/-
now condition is that i use to call mr sujit in show room for my payment since last 2 months, he never pick up may call and there is reneuation work in showroom so no one is there to ask

The connection was installed on 26.10.2008 and I was promised a free laser printer with the connection by the girl in the customer care whom I was requesting for the connection. The cheque for the payment was collected by your executive Mr. Bipin Baliyan (Tel no. [protected]) and Tata receipt number for the same was 1614097. Since the forms that I was filling up did not have the mention of the offer he had himself written at the back of the receipt "Free HP Laser Printer After Installation" and put his signature on the same.

I had once checked with Tata customer care a month into the connection and was assured that I will be delivered the printer once my connection was a month old.

Today (24.01.2009) as was enquiring about the connection and the offer, Tata customer care executive (Mr. Sudhir) had informed that I am not entitled to any free printer and that the offer was not valid at the time of installation in Ghaziabad.

This is to formally register complaint against fradulent methods undertaken by the company to add new customers.

I would take the matter to media and to consumer cell in case the grievance is not redressed at your level.

TATA Indicom — misinformation regarding tariff

one day on 25 jan 09 i received a message a from tataindicom on recharge of rs 200, you will receive free tariff voucher for rs 49 for one month validity (with in seven days from the message date)

But i recharged on 31 jan 09 but i did not received yet the free tariff voucher till date.

please look into this matter
